Review: I signed a 2014-2015 cheer contract for my 5 year old daughter with the Tumble Zone Aces. Everything was very good until there was a disagreement with the one owner Mr. Robert B[redacted]. The issue I had was about a Booster fundraiser. I first contacted the woman in charge of the fundraiser on Jan. 22, 2015 & explained my problem. Then within 1 hour of that text exchange Mr. B[redacted] posted a comment on the Booster facebook page. After reading that I imessaged Mr. B[redacted] through facebook to explain my issue. Then on Jan 23, Mr. B[redacted] & I had a very heated discussion. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which he conducted himself. Then on Jan 24, my husband dropped my daughter off at the Tumble Zone for open gym. Then on Jan 25, we were coming in to the Tumble Zone for cheer practice that is when Mr. B[redacted] approached my husband [redacted] & I, and said that he will be releasing us from our contract because of our attitude. My daughter & I left quietly while my husband spoke with Mr. B[redacted]. Mr. B[redacted] said he would refund us for Jan cheer monthly payment, cheer jacket that was purchased in Jan, cheer competition fee for Jan 31, & her cheer uniform. We received check #[redacted] in the amount of $190. That was payment of the jacket & competition fees. In no way was I ever expecting to be released from our contract considering my complaint had changed the venue of the fundraiser & the remaining [redacted]s' members benefitted. We were very saddened to leave an organization that we were apart of since she was 3 years old. She started with Kyndercamp then gymnastics & ballet. We looked forward to being apart of a great cheer program for many years. My husband tried on two occasions to resolve this debt but Mr. B[redacted] became very irritated & condescending.Desired Settlement: Due to us being released from our contract, I feel that we our owed what we paid for the uniform- $115, bow-$20, & makeup $17.50. The monthly cheer payment of $69. Mr. B[redacted] said that he would refund us the money than that is what we are asking for $152.50. Mr. B[redacted] chose to release us we did not want to go.
