clubhouse is not available to the residents at this time We expect this improvement to be complete before the end of the year
With regards to the rent payments The previous owner was not very strict and allowed residents to pay rent in a manner that did not follow the lease agreement. Upon takeover, we were a little lenient with residents as we realize they had been able to pay rent whenever they wanted without late fees or penaltyThis is not our policy though and not the standard the new owner wants to continue Over the past few months we have regularly informed the late payers that the flexibility wo ld not continue and eventually we would get to a point that all residents would be held to the terms of the leaseThis is where we are now
The residents have always been charged for water/sewer. The previous owner billed in a flat fee format So the fee WqS the same each month as residents renew or move in, they are being transferred to our billing procedure which is an allocation So we submit our bills to a company called NWP and they allocate that expense to the residents and send a monthly bill
We have apartments with an average of 2-residents in each apartmentWe certainly want to remember everyone but if our team member asks a resident what apartment they live in it is just for confirmation so that we can ensure the work gets completed for the right residentIt is in no way intended to lack compassion
With regards to the key found in front of her apartment We do charge a lock change fee if a resident wants their lock changed If she had reported the incident to the local police and received a police report that there was an incident regarding her door/lock we could have changed the locks at that point with no charge

To whom it may concern,   The Turn Apartments recently changed ownership in May 2016.  New ownership is in the process of many projects to improve the community.   With regards to the satellite dish, it is our goal to treat everyone fairly and respectfully regarding our community...

polices. As with all our residents, they are more than welcome to have a satellite dish. It must be installed according to our community policies. This includes that it can be in your own private patio area and on a tripod or clamp.  No satellites can be affixed to the bui\ding in a manner that would create a hole in the stucco or other damage to the building. We did ask that all residents who had satellites affixed to the building remove them. We were in the process and have since completed a full exterior paint to the community. These satellites had to be removed to complete that improvement and meet our community standards.   We also did close the pool area and the clubhouse . Numerous notices have been put out to the residents from the start of new ownership informing them of upcoming projects.   The pool is closed due to enlargement of the deck, installation of a sitting/fire pit area, bbq grills, etc.  there is a large sign near the area that says please excuse our dust during this improvement.   In addition, the clubhouse/fitness  area is also being improved.  The area is closed down, our office temporarily located in an apartment and theclubhouse is not available to the residents at this time.  We expect this improvement to be complete before the end of the year With regards to the rent payments.  The previous owner was not very strict and allowed residents to pay rent in a manner that did not follow the lease agreement.   Upon takeover, we were a little lenient with residents as we realize they had been able to pay rent whenever they wanted without late fees or penalty. This is not our policy though and not the standard the new owner wants to continue.  Over the past few months we have regularly informed the late payers that the flexibility wo ld not continue and eventually we would get to a point that all residents would be held to the terms of the lease. This is where we are now. The residents have always been charged for water/sewer.  The previous owner billed in a flat fee format.  So the fee WqS the same each month.  as residents renew or move in, they are being transferred to our billing procedure which is an allocation.  So we submit our bills to a company called NWP and they allocate that expense to the residents and send a monthly bill. We have 160 apartments with an average of 2-3 residents in each apartment. We certainly want to remember everyone but if our team member asks a resident what apartment they live in it is just for confirmation so that we can ensure the work gets completed for the right resident. It is in no way intended to lack compassion. With regards to the key found in front of her apartment.  We do charge a lock change fee if a resident wants their lock changed.  If she had reported the incident to the local police and received a police report that there was an incident regarding her door/lock we could have changed the locks at that point with no charge. ...see attached

That's not truthful. There was no notices before the construction begin. During construction we were notified a week prior to remove our items from the balcony. As I stated before the new management inconsiderate, and again I do not feel comfortable living here. Everything I loved from the management to the property has changed. I  don't feel there's a  fit for myself being here. You do not treat people with disrespect then try to cover it up with policies. There are bumerous residents that have moved out, and some are still here very unhappy because of the new management. There's no I'm sorry lets try to fix it.
