In the business owner's last communication he states that the TV had no pictureThis is not true as my TV did have a picture, although it was extremely dimAlso, the owner failed to acknowledge that my TV was functional and that it had both audio and power at the time when it was dropped off, which I demonstrated for the owner before leaving it in his careHowever, when I picked up the TV it had no audio and no power and remains inoperative until this dayHis business is therefore liable to the damage he has caused to my property

Greetings, This message is in regards to a response from the Revdex.com for Revdex.com Complaint ID # 12633087 - The TV VCR ShopThe previous communication was missed because it was sent to my email spam folderI did receive notification that my case had been closed, and would like the opportunity to add a response and have it reopened. In response the business message to me, at no time did the owner mention anything about deposits being non-refundableThere is also nothing posted in his location, or on any paperwork that I signed that says he will not be held liable for damages made to my property by his businessThe damage is this: that my TV will no longer turn on and has no powerI had dropped off my TV for repair because the picture did not displayHowever, at the time the TV did power on and you could clearly hear audioNow the TV does nothingI expect to be compensated for my deposit and for the additional damage he has done to my TV. Thank you and please advise me of any next steps

Also, the owner failed to acknowledge that my TV was functional and that it had both audio and power at the time when it was dropped off, which I demonstrated for the owner before leaving it in his care. However, when I picked up the TV it had no audio and no power and remains inoperative until this day. His business is therefore liable to the damage he has caused to my property.
