Review: After cutting my lip on a broken beverage glass the owner, Mr. [redacted] refused to remove the price of the beverage from my bill and instead insulted me for commenting about the outrageous wait times and improper handling of the broken glass issue, which caused me to cut my lip and bleed. Returned a week later with some more friends and after another outrageous wait time, over 32 minutes from time we sat in seat until our beverages were delivered. Five minutes after beverages were delivered our appetizer and main course was delivered together. Once again the owner made his rounds and asked how everything was, I commented that it took 32 minutes for the beverages to arrive. His response was "Well that's the first time tonight anyone has commented on that," in a very condescending tone. I simply stated that I will not return if the service and his attitude was going to consistently be sub par. He promptly replied with "Well don't come back, in fact, I don't want any of you to come back." At no point of time did we have an attitude with Mr. [redacted], we were simply voicing our frustrations about the sub par service. The waitress apologized to us several times and stated that this is an ongoing problem and several people have commented about it. I cannot believe that this situation was handled in such a poor manor. Mr [redacted] needs to realize that Customer Service starts with a genuine concern for the customer and not about the money flowing into his pocket.
