Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Please see attached email documentation regarding conversation between myself, and the Sales Representative for Clear Blue Solutions, [redacted] Additionally, I would like to point out the inconsistencies with the business's response--as seen below:*I first contacted my Sales Representative from Clear Blue Solutions, LLC, [redacted] (Please see Attchment email for reference) I asked him to clarify the rates that were supposed to have been given to us according to his conversation, which was inconsistent with the information provided to me in the first email As of [redacted] , I still had not received any type of documentation to sign, which means that my CONTRACT should not have began until receipt of those documents Additionally, I never received information back from him in clarification of pricing, etc When I called to cancel on [redacted] , I was told I was too late and I missed the *-day cutoff because the paperwork was SENT to me on [redacted] And clearly, you can see from the messages that as of [redacted] , I still had not received anything to sign contract-wise I then contacted [redacted] on [redacted] , requesting him to send someone out to show us how to work the filtration system, because he nor the installers did not explain anything on how to change the salt or restart the machine when purchased I also at that time requested copied of everything I signed for day of purchase, and was not provided that information I called [redacted] on [redacted] , and never received a phone call or email back with supporting documentation for the purchase of the filtration system I then reached out [redacted] to both [redacted] (lender) and the Clear Blue Solutions manager/owner, requesting AGAIN to be sent my contract information, wanted to get rid of the filtration system and was told I couldn't, and was told someone would be contacting me to schedule a water test and information would be sent to me for the [redacted] website It is now [redacted] , and I still have not received any documentation in the mail, and I had also requested the documents to be emailed to me, which I have not received either.*Clear Blue Solutions, LLC, is incorrect in stating that I received any information regarding my contract, because I still TO THIS DAY do not have a copy It is very simple to scan and email, so I am not quite sure why this has become so difficult to provide, other than the complete incompetence of the Business and the Lender I stated to the Clear Blue representative whom I spoke with on [redacted] that from [redacted] to Present, there was no apparent change in the water of my house, that I was still using soaps, shampoos, etcpurchased from stores rather that the [redacted] , because the trial package that was provided by [redacted] on [redacted] was ineffective after a month, and there were no changes to the quality of water, "softer clothing"--which they EXPLICITLY stated would happen, and the all around "better health of my home" I indicated that I already spoke to the Finance company and was told that I needed to reach out to the Business to discuss sell-back of the product, and the Business told me that it was between myself and the Finance company, and there was nothing he could do about it, but he could come check my water I contacted the Business at *:**am, and did not receive a phone call from his representative until *:**p, so the statement of immediately contacting me is also completely false I spoke with the representative, asking him if he was also a sales representative that could bring a copy of blank paperwork so I could read what I signed and at least have SOME type of documentation, as again-- NOTHING has been provided to me, and if he could show me how to work the machine The representative told me he was only going to come out to test the water and couldn't do anything else An appointment was NOT scheduled, and I am still left with the same problem as before: no documents, no assistance, no information.*I question the reputability of Clear Blue Solutions, LLC., for the following reasons: Clear Blue Solutions website ( [redacted] )-- "Show you endless benefits of clean water by conducting [redacted] proven tests right at your kitchen sink"; the ONLY test that was run at my house was for Chlorine level, as [redacted] was too concerned about taking pictures of my dog to fully explain the process or product he was selling "In no time you will Taste, See, and Feel the dynamic value ...without affecting your monthly budget, WE GURANTEE IT ;)"-- this is also false, as my monthly budget has increased by paying the finance company for a product that has provided no benefit to me or my family If this was a reputable company, there would be reviews, which are not available on their website or any other review board as of [redacted] , and they would also be accredited by the Revdex.com, of which they are CLEARLY not In addition to the falsification and lack of substantial facts, how is a company reputable when their rebuttal contains grammatical and simple punctuation errors? Reputable companies are established with reviews, word of mouth, and I HIGHLY doubt there have been NO complaints since *** In addition to this nightmare, when reviewing the Finance statement, I have two options listed: "pay my minimum (of $**) and the product will be paid off in [redacted] years" OR "pay $***/month and pay it off in [redacted] years" According to conversations with the Finance company which apparently is stated in documents, the TOTAL amount of the system was $***, and Year [redacted] I would be paying $**/mo, and years *-I would be paying $**/mo This clarification has also yet to be provided to me as well I am not expecting a refund of the money I have already paid, but I am expecting a removal of this system, and have the remaining balance of this loan be rectified and reconciled so that I am no longer obligated and responsible, without damage to my credit score.MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Hello, (*) [redacted] first contacted us on [redacted] She claimed she had a problem on the very same day she purchased the system in her Revdex.com complaint which is simply a lie How can one have a problem and not express themselves from the beginning but do it [redacted] months later Im sorry but non of us at Clear Blue are psychic and dont know of a so called problem unless we are notified of one [redacted] never called us about anything until now We contacted the lender like she asked us and asked them to send her the copies of her paperwork ( the same copy she received initially [redacted] months ago) which they did (*) She claimed her water was not good(without specifying a reason) while speaking with me this past [redacted] so I got a rep to immediately call her to schedule a time for a water checkback She immediately told the rep instead of come to re test her water, she wanted a copy of her paperwork She also specified in her complaint that she doesnt want us or any of our affiliates to contact her Her [redacted] year soap membership was also at her disposal from day [redacted] which she claims that she never used because she didnt know how etc We get calls on occasion from people asking for basic help with their soap membership, how much salt to add to their system, these do happen its normal(*) We are a reputable company with lots of integrity and have been helping people to clean up their water since Jan of [redacted] and have not received a single since that time which clearly shows we are doing something right Not to mention we have hundreds of happy clients that praise us for what we do I understand that when you work with the general public you wont be able to make everyone happy no matter how hard you try We will not issue any type of refund to this customer since we have absolutely nothing wrong and treated her with the most respect like we do for all our clients.Thank you Regards,

Once again, the issue is not resolved.  The Lender did not give me the promotion, Clear Blue Solutions gave the promotion, as is also indicated on the website ([redacted] off and Free Installation).  There is no instruction manual for the water filtration system that has been given to me, along with the contracts, the [redacted] information, and clarification as to why my bill is NOT reflective of what is in the contract.  Clean water in my house is not a nightmare; what is a nightmare is dealing with unethical and dis-credible businesses who's only interest is keeping money for themselves, and not solving the issue as requested.  The copies of the documents have not been received, plain and simple.  Clear Blue Solutions indicated the information for [redacted] would be sent to me PRIOR to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, so that excuse is not acceptable.  The "rational solution" you provided was never followed through with regardless, so the only "rational solution" Clear Blue Solutions can provide at this point is to remove the water filtration system from my home, release me from the contract, and release me from the obligation of paying the outstanding balance.  Clear Blue Solutions, LLC,  has yet to provide any type of credibility and integrity documentation which they so profusely indicate they have, along with continued grammatical and punctuation errors-- furthering my point that Clear Blue Solutions is not a competent service provider, and unable to articulate clearly the reasons as to why my lending statement is different that the information given to me by Sales Representative [redacted].  The contradictions that continue to be provided give the clear impression that Clear Blue Solutions is not capable of running a business ethically or morally.   MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:Our lender gave [redacted] a promotion that allows consumers to make smaller payments as a leisure to them which people are normally very thankful for. The normal deal is $[redacted] per month, we put her on a promotion.      The system doesnt have special instructions, it runs by itself and one simply puts salt in at as all tbey have to do is look in the brine tank (black container sitting next to the system) if its near empty, you simply add one bag in which is **lbs (dtated on the bag) However we do leave a manual anyway.  I never heard that having clean water in a home would be considered a "nightmare."  Our lender did help her out with the copies she signed and answered all her questions. The reason I havent asked [redacted] to contact her and "resend" her username and password is because she clearly stated she does not want to be contacted by any of our affiliates in the initial conplaint.  I spoke to her kindly with courtesy and offered her rational solutions but she stayed mad. If [redacted] states she would like us to get [redacted] to contact her, I will make sure they do that asap so she can enjoy the fresh soaps with her clean water.  If [redacted] believes her water is not [redacted]% clean we will go out to her home retest her water and give her a FREE service call to quickly fix that matter up for her.

Hello,            Ms. [redacted] purchased the water purification system on April 9, 2014 so the system is not new.  All of our clients sign an agreement (which we have attached in this message)  We always answer any calls we receive from our...

prospects/clients.  We received a call from Ms. [redacted] several months ago about the filter and when we attempt to come out no one is home nor can be reached via phone.  We value all our clients with plenty of respect and are more than happy to schedule a time and day that we can look at the filter, and most likely its as simple as resetting some settings.    The finance company hasn't even reached out to us regarding Ms. [redacted]' s issue because they know we work with high integrity and always approach each client in a civilized rational manner no matter what the inconvenience may be.   In this particular case there's not much to say, we don't give out  refunds on our products.   We will not issue any refund because we haven't done anything wrong. Thank You

Hello,      Our technician went out to see Ms.[redacted] yesterday and the reason it wasn't working was because someone turned the water systems valves to the wrong way.  Simple fix.  We hear that she is fine now.Thank You
