Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Mr. K[redacted] still does not acknowledge his responsibility. Although - I didn't even notice it at first: please take a look at my Attachment # 1 - Customs Form signed by H. K[redacted] - as you can clearly see: he wrote the destination address on the form INCORRECTLY: he wrote "[redacted] as a name of the street instead of "[redacted] - missed half of the street's name, but put the word "Lufsdorfskaya" AFTER the name of the CITY: "ODESSA LUSDORFSKAYA" - which is totally misleading and confusing for any postman in Ukraine. "DOROGA" just mean "ROAD" - probably that's why the shipment never reached its destination. I am not the first unsatisfied customer of Auburn UPS Store: this Store and Mr. K[redacted] personally have very bad customers' satisfaction reviews since 2009. I suspect it is because he has VERY POOR COMMAND of English Language - as you can clearly see from his correspondence - he just doesn't understand his customers and they don't understand him. Refunded me again on 6-18 BEFORE I made my complaint to Revdex.com - but this refund is still pending due to Mr. K[redacted] fighting the issue and not acknowledging his mistake. Revdex.com:The businesses response to the complaint is untrue. I was not provided a written estimate for the cost to ship my package. The estimate was only provided verbally.  The clerk's broken English verbal response was not clear enough to be understand, which is where the verbal miscommunication of seventy verses seventeen occurred. Had a written estimate been given to me in the first place I would have refused shipment at that point. 
Although this complaint will be resolved when I have my package back I want to reiterate I will not conduct business with this establishment in the future. The poor customer service I received from this business and the clerk's misrepresentation of the facts in his written response to this complaint is evidence that this business does not value its customers. There are plenty of other locations offering the same service in my town.  Additionally, the policy of holding a customers package hostage for two weeks is insanity and needs to be revised. This package was a birthday gift for a 93 year old relative. The only option I had was to purchase another gift and ship it from a more reputable business location.

Customer sent several Emails to UPS Customer service with his concern as stated. UPS store forward that to us with a request if we can help to get customer refund from [redacted] to resolve customer concern. I called [redacted] was unable to provide any info and suspect the envelope is lost in transit,...

but have not completed their trace and has not refunded the money. In the mean time customer start claiming to refund the amt from his [redacted] Credit Card Merchant. [redacted] gave him the refund for $77.70 on 5/18/15 and debit from my business Account.  Below is the copy and paste of the transaction from my business Account.------------------------------------------------------------------------... The action shows his intention. Is this justified or a reward to serve community. I do not understand what is in the mind of customer. Customer chose the service of [redacted] over UPS  for $77.70 and denied the service of UPS which was $126.00. Customer chose the cheapest option, which any customer has a right. We never forced customer to ship via [redacted]. Customer wrote Email to UPS Store HQ stated that “I understood I am shipping from UPS not [redacted]”.  We the UPS store are shipping collection center, but the carrier was [redacted] who lost his package not the upsstore, so why we are punished for?  The UPS Store
