Review: While paying my tab one of my credit cards had a hold of $68, however I paid the entire tab $100+ with another card. On Monday the hold charge was processed. I called their multiple times across several days. I was told to talk to Jack by a bartender. I called on a Wednesday at 10am but he wasn't in. I then called and left a message for jack on Thursday. Then on Friday I was told to call back after 4pm for Jack, but he still wasn't available.Desired Settlement: I would like the $68 charge refunded to my account.
