I would consider myself a smart shopper and I consider Ultimate Back Store the best in customer service and relation. Dave was knowledgable and not pushy and Vince also was very helpful when Dave was not around. Then I met the owner and he was the one with the help of another person delivering my mattress and I would say good work ethic for all of the staff.I would highly recommend this store
