Needs to a quality check - several links don't work & some instructors MIA
I purchased the blogging bundle and so far I've come across 3 links that don't work - I just get stuck in a pay page loop. The author of one class that I really wanted to view has been MIA - so very unprofessional and needless to day I won't be buying more bundles nor will I purchase from the instructor with bag links. That's just bad business and very unprofessional. Save your money.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by The Ultimate Bundle regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved... because: The seller has never contacted me personally regarding this complaint. I sent them 60+ e-mails and they never acknowledged one. In every e-mail, I clearly stated that I purchased the 12 Power Banks to use as Christmas gifts.After having no response from them for over a week, I began submitting claims through [redacted] and my credit card company. Even then, there was no response for another two weeks. Then finally the seller responded to [redacted] . They denied my refund claim and posted this note in the [redacted] dispute resolution center: "122014 Seller: 12 Power Banks were sent today via ***. There was a mixup at the fulfillment center, and with the influx of holiday inquiries, we weren't able to fix this sooner. Keep the scales as a token of our appreciation. Sorry." This was on 1214. Obviously past Christmas. And I had obviously had to replace those Christmas gifts by that time. I responded that I didn't need their Power Banks any more, and that they needed to refund my money. No response. The [redacted] dispute has been escalated to a claim and has not yet been resolved.The 12 Power Banks did arrive on 0115 (over a month after I received the incorrect product). I have no need for them now, and would gladly return them at the seller's expense. In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. I finally received an email from the merchant on Aug....

[redacted], and I received the correct item, two 3000mAh Power Banks, on Aug. [redacted].

Review: I never received the shipment from the merchant, but they said it was delivered. They told me they would re-send it, but it never came. After a few emails, they stopped responding. Their website doesn't provide a contact number. I am very upset and don't understand how this merchant is in business. I told them I would complain and post negative reviews, but I guess they don't care. Please let me know how they respond to you. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: I would like to actually receive the product, 3 'Lightning to USB Cables' for iPhone 5.

Review: I purchased 3 iPhone 5 cables from this company and they were defective. I wrote to the company to explain and they suggested:

If you would like a refund/exchange please send the cable back to the return address on the label and our team will issue you a refund/exchange. Be sure to write "refund" or "exchange" somewhere on the package along with your order number.

Return address is: [redacted] You must write order number somewhere on the package, and "return" or "exchange" in bold writing. Thanks for your patience.

This was back in March and the replacement cords never arrived nor was I refunded. I have since contacted the company numerous times but they do not respond to any inquiries.Desired Settlement: I think that they should honor their policy as stated in their email and on their website and send me working cords.

Review: Purchased a voucher through [redacted] and redeemed for an Apple approved Iphone 5c wall charger. Redeemed voucher and received product, however product does not charge phone when connected and plugged in. Communicated via email several times directly to company to resolve issue with either a refund or exchange. No reply was received.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund of $14.95. This is the $10 cost of the voucher plus $4.95 shipping and handling. I'm requesting the S&H fee because I feel I shouldn't have to pay for shipping on an item that does not work. Exchange is not an option since product is not reliable.

Review: How can I get the correct items that I ordered?

I bought two 3000mAH Power Banks from [redacted]. One for me and a gift. But, we received two Electronic Luggage Scales, instead.

[redacted] has not responded to any of my emails that I have been sending since July **, 2014. And, the two week return period is almost over.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the two 3000mAH Power Banks that I originally ordered. I will not pay return shipping of the Electronic Luggage Scales, since they are not what I ordered.

Review: This company sent me the wrong product. On December *, 2014, I ordered 12 Power Banks from this company through a [redacted] deal. I purchased them to be given as Christmas gifts. On December *, 2014, I received 12 Electronic Luggage Scales. All of my documentation clearly states 12 Power Banks. Even the tag on the outside of the package says 12 Power Banks. But inside the package are 12 Electronic Luggage Scales.

I contacted both [redacted] and The Ultimate Bundle immediately. There was time to get the error resolved and the correct product shipped to me before Christmas. But The Ultimate Bundle does not even acknowledge my e-mails. I have gotten no response whatsoever. I have found no way to phone them, and the only way to contact them is through e-mail, which I send multiple times daily. No response.

[redacted] has opened an investigation. I have also started payment dispute cases with [redacted] and my credit card company.Desired Settlement: What I really desire is to have the correct 12 Power Banks delivered to me before Christmas. I would be happy to drop my disputes about payment if I could get the product I ordered in a timely manner.

An apology for their horrible customer service would be appreciated, but not a necessity.

Review: I bought The Ultimate Bundle's deal on [redacted] for a 3-pack iPhone charging cables on 02/**/2014. About 3 month later none of the cables were working. I tried to contact them via email, but they did not respond to me. Now I went to their website [redacted] where they write the following: ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE SIMPLY SEND OUR SUPPORT TEAM A MESSAGE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ASSIST YOU. However there is no option to send them a message or call them. It looks like they removed their contact form.

I'd like to get my money back including the shipping or a free replacement of their product for a better quality.Desired Settlement: Echange or refund including shipping charges

I have sent numerous emails to [redacted] regarding 5 defective iPhone/iPad 10-foot charging cords that I purchased through [redacted] I ordered 2 on 12/**/2013 and 3 more on 01/**/2014. I sent back 4 of these charging cords on 03/**/2014. I have not received any response from theultimatebundle.com to the emails that I have sent or even to acknowledge the return that I sent to them. [redacted] has been extremely accomodating and has reimbursed me the $24 that I paid to them. They have also attempted to contact theultimatebundle.com for me with no success. In order to redeem the 4 vouchers I purchased through [redacted].[redacted], I had to pay $15.80 to the ultimatebundle.com. I also spent an additional $3.40 to ship the returns back to theultimatebundle.com. The total reimbursement I am seeking from theultimatebundle.com is $19.20.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded a total of $19.20 from theultimatebundle.com as well as keep them from continuing to sell these defective charging cords for the iPhone 7 iPad. *I have heard from another person who has also purchased these defective cords.
