The reason why the e-mail correspondence was sent to Ms*** as part of the recent e-mail blast was because Ms*** did not follow the requested protocol to remove her from the contact list, which was to call TUF to make that requestHowever, as a courtesy you have located her contact information in your list and placed it in no contact list so no other communication will go out

There are many problems with this woman's complaint which will all be proven lies backed by our multiple exhibits of proofFirst, we didn't send her 1O text messages within days. We don't do that to ANY of our clients for any reason, including herWe send a maximum of 3-over a
few day period IF they contact us firstSecond, we email the same content that we text because a lot of people not only like it, but a lot of people check one or the other a lot more often, so we do it for their convenience as do a lot of companiesThird, she HAS heard of us AND Spoken to us AND it is a bold face LIE that she writes As I have never had any relationship, contractual or otherwise with this Vendor 11 If you are reading this, we don't want to ruin or spoil the surprise ending, so keep reading to the end of this responseFourth, we NEVER bully anyone into working with us...and I mean EVERBut, we are a business and EVERYproperly run business maximizes their leads potential and exhausts all options in order to utilize that lead and we are doing the same (especially if they contact us FlRST).IF she wanted to stop being contacted, we gave her VERY polite, simple and easy instructions (as we do with all of our leads) to have us stop contacting her, which by the way she did NOT do and still hasn't doneShe obviously got the text and email giving her these simple instructions because she admits it and she also admits refusing to follow itAs far as the 2nd "quotation", that was sent by a brand new employee who was only on the job a couple days and made a simple mistake at that time and since then, he is not with our company anymoreIt was not advised by us for him to send that text or say the word "legally" because that is not true and he was advised right after the fact to not send his own text or use the word "legally"BUT, it is a company policy for ANYONEwho originally contacts us FIRST, we POLITELY ask for them to follow the very simple instructions to be taken off of our Lead ListThis is true because we need to make sure via phone that it is the correct person (not a family member or friend) being taken off the lead list due to us not knowing who is texting or emailing which has happened many times in the pastA voice confirmation and seconds is all that it takes and she obviously had the time to write this complaint and COMPLETELY LIE!That brings me to my next pointWe did NOT lie and we NEVER lie, but she has just been caught lying in the actMs*** HAS heard of us before AND has contacted us FIRSTWe have written and email proof that Ms*** contacted us originally while she was on our website AND she even filled out a Website Form Submission ASKING US to contact herThis was filled out by Ms*** AND received by us on MONDAY FEBRUARY 23, @ 11:21amNot only that she filled out the entire Website Form Submission with her info in it as you will see below (which will be emailed directly to the Revdex.com as proof), it match up exactly with her personal information she gave to the Revdex.com regarding this complaint...On top of that, Ms*** was contacted directly by the owner by email and text responding to this above request she submitted via Website Form SubmissionNot only that, the owner actually called and spoke with Ms*** that VERY SAME DAY via the cell phone number she provided AND she expressed interest with us on that phone callBesides that, there were multiple follow up texts and emails giving her information on and from our company per her request from her high interest with our company at that time (all of which is documented and also with proof via email from this interaction and phone call).We here at TUF pride ourselves on providing the BEST overall customer service we possibly canBut it is an absolute shame when someone has to be under-handed, try to hurt our company (or any company for that matter) and BLATANTLY LIE & GET CAUGHT with iron-clad proof from us! All the while, she could've solved the problem immediately and civilly in less than seconds at that timeBut instead, she has to take even a lot more time to create a fake complaint that's a complete lie to tear down a great company like ours just to satisfy whatever sick crazed problem that she fabricated and made up in her head about this entire situation.Even though, she still hasn't followed the simple instructions to be removed from our Lead List (that she put herself on), we will still respectfully take her off our Lead ListBUT, due to all the proof provided in this email (and others sent by us to the Revdex.com as proof), we expect Ms*** to retract her complaint and instead put up a positive statement about our company along WITH her apology to us for us being so lenient for dealing with all of her lies and the time she wasted for everyone for this silly and bogus complaint.Sincerely,The Ultimate Fundraiser
