We received a complaint via our website email on Wednesday, December 6th at 10:05am. We responded on... December 6th thirty minutes later at 10:35am rectifying the issue. We issued the refund on December 6th with transaction ID 6 [redacted] 4 for her order # [redacted] . We emailed then immediately called the customer. When we spoke with the customer on December 6th she seemed satisfied that we issued the refund and cancelled the order. We explained that the issue was that the shipping address was a PO Box and the package couldn't be delivered there and she was very understanding. We received the phone message over the weekend and we emailed our vendor looking into the issue on Monday, December 4th. The customer used a PO Box for her shipping address and UPS would not deliver it. Our vendor said that the package was then en route to corporate office as that was the listed return address. Once received, we would then reach out to the customer to correct her address and ship it out from corporate. With the email that came in Wednesday morning we then proceeded to correct the issue as stated above. Please let us know if anything further is needed! Thank you!

I have reviewed the message. I didn’t have a problem with the shipping. My issue was with the customer service aspect. Over the course of a week, I continuously called the customer service number and never got an answer. I also left several detailed voice messages and never received a call back. THAT is the reason I filed the complaint.
