To whoever seeking the truth in the turbulent and growing solar industry I want to share my incredible experience with United Solar (TSI) of Huntington BeachI bought my 20-panel, 5.7Kw initially in 2016, followed in by additional panels to realize zero electric billsHere is the chronology of my first cash purchase: 1) My deposit check cleared the bank on the 15th of August 2) Solar panels, inverter, disconnect switch & support brackets were delivered on Aug I did NOT expect them so soon 3) Three days later on Sat Aug 20, the “storm troopers” swarmed all over the roof installing my systemThey completed it on Sunday 4) Mon Aug, city inspector showed up approving everything except for raising an electrical pipe 6” above ground 5) Tues Aug, the same inspector returned to sign the Final Inspection cardImmediately TSI technicians flip the switch connecting my Solar System to the gridI watched in amazement as the arrow on my meter changed I was feeding power back to the gridI was fulfilling my role of reducing my carbon footprintHurrah! Now the human side of the project – I got to know TSI personnel individually and offered them cold drink to relieve their misery of working on the hot roofI gave them nicknames: Steven (The Great), Oscar (De La Hoya), Solomon (Pokémon) , Amber(The Beautiful)This group of employees made this customer mighty happyFor the second installation (year later), the addition was done seamlessly after I placed an order with their boss Tony Wilson DrMonte Ung, one satisfied customer in Fountain ValleyI give credits where credits are due with no favoritism in the absence of any spin
