I bought a 150 grams crystal stones worth $10. Then after lunch we went back to the store because my friend wanted to buy the same crystal stones. I noticed she had twice as much as the stones that I purchased for $10 So I put the my of crystal stones bag in the weighing scale, it was only .75 grams. I then spoke to the lady in counter that the bag of crystal that I purchased was only .75 grams. She said she asked me if I was happy with my purchased, and I said yes. Not knowing that my purchased was under 150 grams and I was charged for $10. She had weighed my bag of crystals and charged me $10 but she did not tell me that the weight of my purchase was only .75 grams so after my friend paid for her purchase, I asked her if I can return or if I can add more crystal stones to my completed purchase to make it 150grams. She accused me and humiliated me in from of the customer that I was being dishonest with the weight of my purchase. My total puchase including the stones was $50.80 this includes the crystal stones which cost me $10, humiliation and and paid more money than what I was suppose to get. So for buyers out there, always pay attention and verify that you are paying what you are suppose to get. Stores like 'The Universal Connection? will try to take advantage of charging you full amount on anything that is under weight I will never go to this place again. Its stealing from customers.

Billing Adjustment I paid $10 for 150 grams but I only got .75 grams. I want $5 refund from my underweight purchased.

Given the current environment this has taken me longer to get back to than planned. Nonetheless to clarify the 150g bags are a very popular item at my store and many people enjoy all the different stones they can find and fill their bag. Some people choose to fill up to the full 150g and others choose just a few specific stones and are happy with their bag being less. As you can see from the attached images we clearly explain and signpost the process, we offer scales for the customer to use and we also have digital scales at our registers.
Please ask *** to email *** and provide me with her mailing address and I will send a check for the full amount she was charged $10.00 + tax by way of a refund.
