Universal Account Servicing strongly believes this dispute was sent to the incorrect company..Please redirect dispute to correct company and remove this dispute from our database.Universal Account Servicing does not have an account for this consumer nor do we offer settlements or service accounts for Truck Driving educational loans.More often than not, The CFPB and Revdex.com send us complaints for a company named "Universal Accounting Services", which is an entirely separate company to "Universal account Servicing."Thank you, [redacted] M [redacted] ###-###-####

UAS is the billing client only, we have reached out to the client in reference to this Revdex.com complaint Per our client they have replied and advised that they will not be cancelling or reimbursing the consumer for the contractual agreementThey will be reaching out to the consumer again to assist with their service displeasure'sClient advised the [redacted] enrolled in their coast to coast program late, and they just sent their travel package to them about weeks agoServices are being renderedUAS will send the Validation of Debt and the consumers contract to them, directing them to the clients Customer Service number for questions.Thank you

Universal Account Servicing LLC understands the consumers displeasure of placing a cease and desist action on the account, it is a company policy should a consumer file or suggest filing a complaint, to cease further contact with them until the issue at hand is resolved.This was not explained to [redacted] After refunding the processing fee of $from July 2017, Universal submitted a request to remove the cease and desist action on the account per consumer requestThe consumer will have access on 9/6/to re-enroll in auto payment online should that be the consumers selected payment method

by *** *** *** is the person that informed us we are no longer
to pay the monthly dues since *** *** does not existThe entire point of
this complaint is because *** *** is not upholding their ends of the
contractual agreement We did not enroll in the Coast to Coast late!
The Coast to Coast information was not sent to us until recently, it wasn't received in the mail until Friday November 7, Which we are sure was
not sent until after the company received this Revdex.com complaint from us The
contract that was agreed on by us and signed is still in our possession and we
will pursue legal action if the company's contract obligation aren’t looked into more
seriously.

Thank you for letting me know that I'm very hated just for living, and for trying to improve myself, which is never good enough for ugly people anyway Show this to your unhelpful staff members, and let them know that I couldn't be more "on" to them

*** *** entered into a contract with Energy Saving Soultions USA, LLC on 10/15/not UASWe have attached his contractual agreement to this response as it has also been sent to *** *** to Validate his contract with the creditor upon request*** *** defaulted on payments on this
account and the account left our office on 4/17/We have also attached his transaction history for reviewUAS is only the third party billing company for Energy Saving SolutionsWe only services the account by sending statements and collecting payments for our client ESSThe account was closed with UAS with no derogatory reporting to his Bureau, nor will we collect the debt in the future.UAS no longer handles billing for this account, It was closed due to refusal to pay on 4/17/*** should contact the creditor, Energy Saving Solutions, as that was his service provider that he should be in dispute with, not UAS.Universal does not have a business relationship with *** *** and will not be signing his typed affidavitIt should also be noted *** *** has sent the same dispute to the CFPB that the CFPB closed the same complaint as resolved with explanation on 5/19/

---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted]>Date: Tue, May 24, 2016 at 6:11 PMSubject: Complaint ID: [redacted]To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>I need to add some information to this complaint and I don’t see how inside your portal. The business wants me to look at the “contract” which I have before and am again.  On page 4 of the PDF file it clearly states that seller assigns all interest, rights, and title in the agreement to Universal Guardian Acceptance, LLC.  On page 7 of the PDF it clearly states that “this transaction is under your credit agreement with Universal Guardian Acceptance, LLC”.  So, yet again – I am merely asking who loaned actual funds of value to whom?  Where are the actual transactions showing that actual funds of value were loaned?  Did UGA send money to me?  No.  Did UGA send fund of actual value to ESS?  What actual funds of value were loaned? If UGA created a debt obligation “from thin air” using an accounting entry then it would need to be a licensed and insured national bank member of the Federal Reserve System.  I have submitted FOIA requests to determine if this is the case and so far that is not the case.  Who loaned actual funds of value? If UGA has no responsibility (according to them) then why do the statements I referred to above appear on THEIR agreement that THEY sent to me.  Why do their accounting statements show a transaction for $10,295?  Who loaned and transmitted those actual funds of that value amount and where are the records of these transactions?    [redacted]Ticket Financing www.ticketfinancing.com [redacted]
