Review: My 5 year old had a hospital bill from back in 2011 and they billed me for it when he was covered under Medicaid on the date of service I keep calling the hospital and no one wants to help me I've tried to give them his insurance number and they won't except it. They took 617.00 from my state taxes and the financial department will not hear me out this can be settled if they just call nj family care to verify my son did have insurance but instead their choosing to just keep my money.Desired Settlement: I will like them to contact nj family care verify that my son did in fact have Medicaid at time and reimburse me the 617.00 that they withheld then applied to his account I really need my money back their having me pay a bill in which the government is responsible for paying.

Review: Dear Sir/Madam, Good day to you, I had a pap smear done by my doctor and they informed me that I needed to have a copo done because they were concerned that my pap was abnormal and it might be cancer related. they told me to schedule an appoint with the OBGYN clinic at university hospital ASAP to have this procedure done. on October 21,2014 I went in for the procedure and was told to returned for my results on November 4,2014. when I went in on both days I was not charged a co-payment however after I received the results I received a bill for $100 I called to find out why I was being charged $100 because my co-payment for specialty appointment is $25 and they claimed that was my co-payment for hospital visits but I never went to the hospital I went to the clinic part of the hospital; however I paid it because I had the procedure done after I paid that $100 I received another bill for $100 I contacted them again and they are telling me that this is my co-payment I have been speaking with different people to figure this out because I do not understand why I am being charged $100 to pick up my results. now I am being told that the reason why the billed me was because they didn't enter my visit as if I am picking up my results but rather entered it as a visit but that is their error. I do not understand why I have to pay for their error, on top of that after I received the results I was speaking to the doctor about learning how to do a self breast exam and she showed me how to do and told me when to do it yet she never informed me that this would be billed because had she told me that I would have not asked her anything, now I am being told that they also billed me for this. I am not rich and things is hard as it is for me already having a family of 6 and I can't afford to pay for other peoples mistakes. this is a OBGYN CLINIC and I was planning on joining it to keep up with my female health issues now I will have to find another clinic. please help me with this issue.Thanks in advanceDesired Settlement: I would like for them to resolve this issue by billing me correctly and refunding me my money back. Review: I RECEIVED SERVICES FOR AN ANNUAL CHECKUP THROUGH THE HOSPITAL'S SAVE PROGRAM SINCE I AM UNEMPLOYED AND WITHOUT HEALTHCARE INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. THEY AGREED TO PAY BILL IN FULL. ALMOST ONE YEAR LATER THE UNPAID BILL REMAINS AND NOW UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL , WHO AGREED TO PAY MY BILL, HAS GIVEN MY BILL TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY. I NOW HAVE A BLEMISH ON MY CREDIT REPORT. THEREFORE I AM REQUESTING THE MAXIMUM PENALTY, AS I WAS GUARANTEED THIS BILL WOULD BE PAID.Desired Settlement: MAXIMUM PENALTY, AND MY CREDIT HISTORY RESTORED TO ORIGINAL STATUS. I DEMAND UNIVERSITY TO RESOLVE BILLING ISSUE AND CLEAR THEIR BLEMISH ON MY CREDIT RECORD!
