Well at first my initial contact with [redacted] didn't look too promising. However through further communication over the course of a couple of months from late into we hit if off.Just as I was about to send my preamplifier to him to get it upgraded,it began having problems. So I fired off an e-mail to both the manufacturer and to [redacted] about the issue looking for help.Strangely enough I did not hear back from the manufacturer, but I DID hear back from [redacted] with a soluton to the problem.I did what he suggested and fixed the problem (*this was BEFORE I had sent him ANY money by the way*) So I sent off the Paypal payment for the upgrade and the problem came back again.Once again I fired off e-mails to the manufacturer and to ***.Once again I did not hear back from the manufacturer, but DID hear back from ***.He told me this was a common problem with these units and that the manufacturer had a program to fix it for free.He sent me the link to the manufacturers website for the program.I initiated the process and the manufacturer sent me the shipping materials to send it back and have it fixedLong story short it was fixed and then shipped to [redacted] to be upgradedI also purchased one of is upgrade power cords and unfortunately one of his employees sent the wrong one with the preamp when they sent it back to me.I shipped it back to them and INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR IT TO ARRIVE,they shipped off the correct one the same day that I shipped the incorrect one back to them.IN ADDITION they sent an extra upgraded HDMI cable for free for my troubles!!(*I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS*)On top of that they also sent a longer cord than the one I paid for!! Now THAT is {{{:::E:::X:::C:::E:::L:::L:::E:::N:::T:::}}} customer service! My system sounds better than it ever has!
