Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The Upper Class advertised the trip as a visit to a Pow-wow They claim I stated I claimed to be a "Powwow expert" I did not make such a claim I just happen to know what the word Powwow delineate I have attached a copy of the [redacted] definition of Powwow for reference By using the word Powwow in their ad and not stating the trip would only include the Grand Entry portion of the Powwow, I feel they did not truly disclose what to expect on the trip When questioned on the trip their tour leader said that the trip was always scheduled for just the Grand Entry I told him I did not remember that He said I should just reread my descriptionThe description from the brochure just said Powwow so I expected more than just the Grand Entry The representative of the [redacted] was there as well and the tour leader turned to her and asked for verification She agreed that she had explained the Powwow experience but that the person who booked the tour decided to only attend the Grand Entry If this piece of information had been in the brochure I would not have booked the tour and this issue would be moot.As for making telephone calls: The first was made upon my return from the trip to state I was very displeased with what happened I expected a return call on Tuesday and would have spoken to anyone in the office When I did not hear from anyone by late afternoon I called again This time the office was closed I left another message On Wednesday I called once again Thi time a person answered I explained what I wanted and she put me on hold for at least minutes When she came back on the line he told me that Debbie, the manager would call me back later When Debbie called me back I was told the reason I hadn't heard from them was that the trip leader from my trip was out on another trip and they had to wait for him to get back A simple call on Tuesday to say they were researching the matter would have been nice I feel that by using the word Powwow without qualifying that only a part of the Powwow would be attended was misleading I still would like a refund of my money even though I cannot get a refund of my time In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The Upper Class advertised the trip as a visit to a Pow-wow.  They claim I stated I claimed to be a "Powwow expert".  I did not make such a claim.  I just happen to know what the word Powwow delineate.  I have attached a copy of the [redacted] definition of Powwow for reference.  By using the word Powwow in their ad and not stating the trip would only include the Grand Entry portion of the Powwow, I feel they did not truly disclose what to expect on the trip.  When questioned on the trip their tour leader said that the trip was always scheduled for just the Grand Entry.  I told him I did not remember that.  He said I should just reread my description. The description from the brochure just said Powwow so I expected more than just the Grand Entry.  The representative of the [redacted] was there as well and the tour leader turned to her and asked for verification.  She agreed that she had explained the Powwow experience but that the person who booked the tour decided to only attend the Grand Entry.  If this piece of information had been in the brochure I would not have booked the tour and this issue would be moot.As for making 3 telephone calls:  The first was made upon my return from the trip to state I was very displeased with what happened.  I expected a return call on Tuesday and would have spoken to anyone in the office.  When I did not hear from anyone by late afternoon I called again.  This time the office was closed.  I left another message.  On Wednesday I called once again.  Thi time a person answered.  I explained what I wanted and she put me on hold for at least 10 minutes.  When she came back on the line he told me that Debbie, the manager would call me back later.  When Debbie called me back I was told the reason I hadn't heard from them was that the trip leader from my trip was out on another trip and they had to wait for him to get back.  A simple call on Tuesday to say they were researching the matter would have been nice.  I feel that by using the word Powwow without qualifying that only a part of the Powwow would be attended was misleading.  I still would like a refund of my money even though I cannot get a refund of my time.
