To whom it may concern:
Upper Deck Customer Service is open from 8:am to 5:pm PST Monday through Friday. We are more than happy to answer any emails and telephone calls during this time period.
We have activated and corrected an error in Mr***'
account. The city and state were missing from his profile. Without a complete address, our system will not accept a redemption code because the system does not have an address to send the card to. Mr***' should be able to enter his redemption codes now.
We have also transmitted Mr*** account username and password to the email address associated to his account..
If Mr*** still experiences difficulty with our website we encourage him to call us at *** *** during our hours of operation

To whom it may concern:
Mr*** *** contacted Upper Deck company on February 5th for replacement of a card missing serial numbering. Case # *** was issued with mailing instructions. We informed Mr*** at that time that we are not responsible for
items not received by mail.
At present we still have not received this card to us. Mr*** is unable to provide tracking information for his package. We are not able to provide compensation until this original card is received. Mr*** may wish to file a lost parcel claim with the shipping company that he used to send this package.

These issues have been resolved we sent out his replacement cards. These cards were sent out two weeks.

We are sorry that you rejected our response, however, we will not be able to fulfill a redemption from a product that is 8 year old and a sport that we do not have a license to. It does state on our boxes that there may be time sensitive cards (redemption's) inserted into boxes. We will not be able to fulfill this customers redemption nor replace it.
