Mail was never constantly loss or returned to senderThe customer would only rarely come in to even check for new mail or new packages so the claim of things being "constantly lost or returned" is not true whatsoeverThe mailbox was closed due to suspicious activityThe "random guy" was someone
my mailbox holder was working with on a paypal transaction and claiming my box holder was cheating him out of $1,I made numerous attempts to speak to my customer to get his side and after 3-months, closed the mailbox days early because I never heard back from him regarding this suspicious circumstanceThe Owner and I agreed it is best to close it early to avoid any future scamming or suspicious activityThis is why the box was closed; it was not because "some random guy called him and complained about me"A week ago the customer came in demanding to know where his package is and when I told him it was returned, he turned irate calling myself a liar and that I told I agreed to hold his stuff here even though he no longer has an active mailbox agreement with usI have worked in UPS Stores and managed mailboxes there for years and have plenty experience in dealing with this type of situationThe customer was treated fairly given the way he presented himself when he walked into the store
