Review: On 7/31/2013, I went to mail 4 large boxes off to a family member who had recently moved. Two UPS workers were there, a man and a woman. No one else was in the store at the time. Both workers watched me struggle to carry in 4 large boxes. Neither one of them assisted me or offered me a cart at least. By the time I finally got the boxes to the counter, the guy had the nerve to tell me I have to place each one on the counter to be weighed. Considering the counter was pretty high to have to lift these boxes, I expected him to at least assist with that. Not at all! He sat there and looked at me while I struggled again to get these boxes on the counter. It was unbelievable! But that's not all! One of my boxes seems to have a tiny split on the side. They had the nerve to charge me to tape it up! I cant believe you would charge for a piece of tape! I will never, I do mean never use their services again! I should have went to [redacted]! I truly hope that someone from the corporate office reads this and addresses these customer service issues!Desired Settlement: Train these people to have better customer service before you lose more customers like myself!

I am rejecting this response because there is still a lack of customer service within this establishment. When you see a person is struggling with boxes, you just stare at the person without offering to help? I have never been in a place of business that just stared at me until I had to say something to them! The employees should have used their best judgement. Also the the tear in the box was not a large tear. it was indeed small. It looks like this issue will not be resolved simply because the employees feel that the lack of customer service is ok so I will be contacting the corporate office as well. I will never use UPS again.
