Review: I forgot to bring my label and asked if I can email the label to them to print.They kept telling me that they didn't get the email after a long time waiting (over 20 min), they said that they had seen the emails but it contained a link which to the Amazon web site which they aren't able to get to at the store. I then sent them a screen shot of the label to their address. They printed it out and attached it to the package. It was a pre-paid label.I thanked them and then was told by the women clerk there that that would be $1.99 charge. She said that the charge was for all the time spent with me. I feel that this was an unjust charge and should have been mentioned before.Aren't they in the business of helping the customer ship packages out.I have used UPS stores many times before and never experienced the sometimes rudeness of the clerk. I won't be going back to this UPS location in the future.Thank you,Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and a refund of $1.99.

The business has responded by stating:

"The customer wanted to print out the shipping label from e-mail. In our POS system, print or e-mail through computer there is a charge. First page is $1.99 and the rate goes down by more pages. We didn't get the e-mail to print. And also to print out from e-mail, he has to send with a attachment. He didn't do his part of job and complaining to other party, I think that not right way. We didn't know he felt that bad. We hope he feel better now. Thank you again. Happy holiday to you and all."

Hello,

I did appreciate your help in getting the screen shot of the label which I can then mail to you. I am disappointed that there was no mention of any charges and I thought that you were helping me out. I never got a receipt for the $1.99 or the penny back as change.

This complaint is more important for you to take note and announce or "show" the customer a list of charges. I didn't know that there were charges being accessed, for all I know you may have asked for $10 after and I would have no recourse and if the charges were fair of if I wanted you to proceed.

I do thank you for getting the label printed. Not to make a big deal of this but I think that any charges should always be discussed and approved by the customer first.
