Surcharge accessed to any item shipped by the business. Unfortunately the business will not be able to refund the consumer.
The business responded via phone on 3/21/2016.
The complainants wife sent a copy of the finished product in question to her husband who at that time indicated the finish product was fine. Wife left the store with the item.
