Compared to UPS stores in other states, the personnel have a poor attitude towards the customer. Initially, they were very polite and efficient, but after a while that declined.As part of the agreement for services paid, one is allowed to check their mail via phone,(especially if he has to drive 15 miles to the town where box is located.) I have experienced many rude encounters (implying that they were too busy and my mail couldn't really be that important.)They stress out easily when more than 4 customers are in the store. I've seen them stress when 2 were there. At other stores, they deal with hundreds of customers in one hour and never lose composure. They don't have to say anything verbally (although they have), their attitude comes across 'Loud and Clear'. I am 64 yrs old and talked to as if I were a teenager. If they cannot show respect, they should be put out of business.(Here's another example,at any other UPS store if you come to the store,they offer to check your mail for you (here, they imply/don't have time) or want to buy an envelope/"go get it yourself over there." I have 3 other stores to compare to and on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 2.
