UPS is presently trying to contact the recipient of the packages to either confirm delivery or missing packageOnce they are able to contact the recipient and it is determined that the packages are indeed missing then at that time we can start
a UPS Claims process for the shipping cost and $100/pkg of insuranceWe have left a message with Peter Duane asking for additional information for the recipient so that UPS can contact them
We are following all standard UPS missing packages procedures and are staying in contact with the customer to resolve this issue

UPS responded that they did contact the seller who claimed he had moved months earlierThe seller claims that the speakers were delivered to his previous address where they currently locatedUPS wants me to contact the seller to work things out
I have the following concernsThe address that the speakers were sent to was provided to me by PayPalThis address had been provided to PayPal by the seller in November when arrangements were made for me to send the speakers to the sellerI believe that the seller has misrepresented his address as a way of avoiding refunding the money that I had paid for the speakers per our agreement with PayPalI
I believe that the seller is not dealing with me, UPS, or PayPal in good faithIndeed, when he sold me the speakers, he had stated in the ad that they were Ohm Walsh speakersWhen I received them, I suspicious that they were not as representedI then sent the speaker drivers to the manufacture who indicated that they were actually Ohm Walsh speakersThese speakers are hundreds of dollars cheaper than the Ohm Walsh speakers and over years old
I am very concerned that the speakers were intentionally misrepresented and do not wish to contact the sellerI am concerned about any direct contact with the seller as I am concerned about his integrity and honesty
I restate my goals in working with UPSI want to either have a signed document that the seller received the speakers as UPS had told me they were going to obtain, or I want my $refundedIf I can get the sign receipt of package, I can provide it to PayPal as part of an agreement that PayPal has with the seller to refund the money I paid him for the speakers
