Review: Paid for three day delivery, package arrived after 7 days.Phone agent who filed claim for refund on Oct 28, 2013. As of yet no payment.Visited or called each week since then but always the same story, check should be on the way.Asked for a way to escalate the issue but got no where. Called UPS customer service who referred me back to the store.A lot of run around but no resolution.Desired Settlement: Refund my money in amount of $ 45.71

I appreciate your patience and I am truly sorry, it is unfortunate that UPS delayed in issuing your refund, we had done our very best to move this along for our end. We continued to give Mr. [redacted] and his associate regular updates from UPS and when we received check we contacted him and his assistant signed for it. Again I apologize for the delay and hope you understand that this was not in our hands.
