I have never in my life come across such an unprofessional franchise businessI requested for an expensive, irreplaceable item to be packed and shipped, and it arrived in pieces, and not properly packedI filed a claim, but was told that I would receive a check for reimbursement, but the time-frame quoted was incorrectI have also requested that the store manager call me, but never received a response after requesting he call me more than times! My issue is still unresolved to this date and it has been longer than business daysI would ship with a different carrier, even if it is out of your way
