A male store worker was extremely rude and refused to helpWe called to ask the store to recover a tracking number for a package that was sentThe employee said it was impossible to doWhen we went to another UPS store in Niceville the young lady took our information and said she would be able to locate the tracking numberNot only was the employee at the Miramar location rude he also proved to be lazy and not put forth an effort to solve the issueBeing a full time military member I would not recommend this store to any other service member
