The UPS Store #2401

I contacted this store to see about a package I had sent here from a shipper since I am unable to be home during the day to receive my package and my neighbors stealI have the tracking number and I called got a guy names Ray who was very rude and told me my package was not there no packages had come in I told him I had tracking number and it showed that it was delivered yesterday at 3:and signed for by GarciaHe was like hold onhe puts me on hold for minutes or longer comes back says it was not authorized to be held there by the shipper and he is returning it today I was like okwell I have a MyChoice account with your UPS so why can't I get my package?
He said because I am charging you $to release your package I am like what I am not paying you anythinghe said well you are not getting your package in a threatening manner I was like why do I need to pay you and he said because it was there over night I was like it was there from 3:until now and he was like well if you want it you have to pay for itI told him NOI am not paying for it and you can send it backI contacted my shipper and told them and they said this may possibly be a scam he is pulling on people because they have already been paid thru the shipper to have the package sent thereBe carefulThis store is horrible and UPS shame on youif this is not policy I hope he gets firedIf it is your policy not to allow people to have packages held there for pickup then you should let the shippers know you will be charging this additional fees since we have already been charged prior
