Dear Revdex.com.We received a package on 01/18/2018 for customer K. [redacted] we called the phone number listed on the label so she can come in and retrieve it . Fees were explained as we left a message. no one showed up. We made another attempt to no avail. Then days later we got a call from UPS customer...

center   ( it seems that she contacted them), we explained the fees again and asked them to inform her but also stressed that if no one claims this package it will be returned to sender by Friday 01.26.18.That's when she rushed to the store on January 26th. Now When we told her about the fees she became so angry and belligerent. Although we didn't charge her for every day the package was stored, she felt entitled to a free service and started threatening us with complaints to the Revdex.com. Normal fees were $10 receiving fee + 5$/day storage fee.. Those fees are pretty standard among the UPS store network and also other shipping outlets.. We are a small business franchise and not part of UPS corporate.. We pay rent and other expenses , we are not a charity and we can't be expected to offer a free receiving and storage service.few inaccuracies in her statement.. Package was received on 01/18/2018 not 01/17/2018. here is the tracking # [redacted].. She came in to the store on Friday January 26 , 2018 not 01/24/2018.. Shipper of this package never contacted us and never promised us to pay any "holding" fee.However we are very sorry that this incident has happened.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
According to shipper, UPS never left messages with their business. As is indicated on the date of the receipt I submitted showing fees for $30, I was charged on Friday, 1/26/18. This is clearly a demonstration of the UPS Store's inaccuracies and outright falsehoods in this matter. None of their fees are posted within their store, and there is no written store policy on fees for "holding" or "storage" according to [redacted].  Given the discrepancy in the fees structure I was charged, this is clearly fraudulent business activity. The $30 should be refunded in its entirety given this UPS franchise has no documentation to prove their store policy on fees.  Derogatory personal attacks towards me notwithstanding, the customer service I received from [redacted] and his younger female associate were atrocious and I was treated in a curt and dismissive manner. I have informed UPS corporate of this store's handling of this case as well as their interactions with me on this date.
