customer's value to be protected. According to the member of management who waited on Mr. [redacted], the customer was offered the choice to put the case in a box. According to the second staff member, Mr. [redacted] WAS allowed the choice to box or not to box and the declared value issue was explained. There is no [redacted] issue, as [redacted] DOES NOT open packages from UPS or any other carrier. Even if he had put it in a box, he did not ship it via an airline. If he had used UPS Express, it still would have to be in a box, UPS does not open the cartons. Also, the case is LOCKED with two heavy duty locks and is not openable anyway. When I talked with Mr. [redacted] on 4/16, I shared with him that UPS had denied the claim and why. I filed an appeal and spoke with Mr. [redacted] on May 12th. [redacted] then said that he would take care of it himself. Since we had already appealed it once, and since Mr. [redacted] presented a loud, overbearing and intimidating persona, we let him. I have placed a third appeal to UPS. I will update [redacted] Revdex.com with the update. It generally takes about one week to hear back.

I have learned that Harriet used the wrong address and that the POST OFFICE left a notice that there was a letter to pick up. But since her recipient wasn't there, no one went to get it. I have also been told that the PO held the item for 'a while' before leaving a second notice, again at the wrong...

address. I have left a message for her recipient to confirm what the PO is telling me, and to see if he knows anything further on why Caldwell Banker did not get the piece of mail until the 14th. I have also left a message for the gal who actually signed for it, to see if she has any insight. I have also left Harriet a message with an update. It looks as though the bad address was the culprit. I'll update you as I know more. [redacted] - Owner
