The UPS Store #311

Ordered something online. Their delivery person didn't deliver. I called the store, and they promised delivery in 2-3 business days. Corporate office called to confirm, which was great. 5 business days later, the package never left the store. I attempted to call the store, 3 times a day for 4 days. No answer until the last day when they finally picked up. The couple was super aggressive, they swore at me and hung up on me twice. They said I'd never see my prepaid package. Followed by them screening all my calls. This is the worst service I have ever received. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. call ups corporate and arrange for another location to manage your deliveries. They will withhold packages and be extremely unprofessional. Most definitely avoid if at all possible.
