Mr*** provided us a PO Box address for his shipment and unfortunately we did not make it clear to him that the package could not be sent with DHL because of the address provided We shipped his package using the only option available which was the US Postal Service It was
delivered to the destination within the expected time frame for Global Priority Mail However, we recognize that we failed to make it clear to Mr*** as to the service being utilized to deliver his package and have refunded the full amount for the shipment to him We always want to maintain satisfied customers and we remain hopeful that Mr*** will return to the store for his shipping and other business services needs.*** *** - Store Owner
