The UPS Store #3678 Reviews (5)

I wanted to drop off a prepaid package and receive a printed "receipt", or proof that the package had been taken into the custody of the UPS Store location I have had very bad experiences with them in the past losing packages When asked if I had a receipt showing that the package was dropped off I was out of luck, since I hadn't asked for it in the past Now I wanted proof so that there was no question I waited patiently in line for my turn to arrive, because they are slow as molasses When I approached the counter I stated that I had a prepaid shipping label and I would like to drop it off and receive a "receipt" They teenager behind the counter in sagging jeans, t-shirt, tattoos, and a big bling bling earring, and glasses who didn't look like he even worked their said, "you ain't going to get a receipt." I calmly asked him if he scanned the package if I would receive some sort of print out from the machine He stated, "Yea, but that ain't a receipt." "All you get is a printout with the tracking number." I calmly said to him that this was exactly what I was looking for, If he would please scan the package and provide the printout He said, "if you give me a damn moment I would!" Then he proceeded to use profanity and vulgar language as he slammed the package around on the scale and then on the floor after he scanned it I'm in process of contacting the Revdex.com of NY to report the unprofessional staff, use of vulgar language, and the mistreating of my package P.S The little piece of paper he printed out clearly states at the top, "Drop-Off Package RECEIPT: of 1" Unless I live in an alternate world, the word receipt is clearly printed and displayed across the top

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE at all costs The individuals who staff and manage this franchise have such enormous chips on their shoulders, that they feel entitled to berate, insult and abuse random customers who have the audacity to request to purchase basic packing and shipping services
Early this week, I dropped by the store with a pre-printed shipping label, billing to a UPS corporate account and two items that needed to be packed and shipped Simple, right?
Wrong
In a hostile exchange that took nearly minutes, the "***" defiantly screamed at me that they "DON'T PACK ANYTHING" at his Store When I got UPS HQ on the phone to confirm that UPS was still a shipping company (they are!), and as such their retail franchises did, indeed, offer packing services and materials which could all be billed to my corporate account (they do and could), the "***" refused to speak to the officials I had on the phone Even after repeated requests on speaker phone the *** crossed his arms and barked "I don't need to talk to nobody!"
After he literally TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS while I was standing at the counter, I was forced to pick up my items, and carry them back home with me
Unless you wanted to feel completed violated at the hands of a rude, overbearing packing and shipping clerk who apparently doesn't believe his job includes packing and shipping, Do yourself s favor....GO TO ANY OTHER UPS STORE (there's one minutes away at *** *** that's open both earlier and later than this dump)or if necessary, strap the box to your back and fly it there yourself! Anything beats having to interact with the angry, entitled and defiant individuals that mill around this store
