Hello M***, This will serve as a response to the complaint filed by *** ***- #***Mr*** claims to have frequented our store but was unaware of our chargesHe encountered one of our new hires and she was doing her job as trained by informing the customer of the
prices that we charge for the services that he requestedThose prices were then confirmed by our Store Manager (*** ***) who the customer did not seem to knowHe became irate because he claims that he was not charged beforeThere have been staff changes that may or may not have to do with his position of not being chargedWe are a for-profit business that depend of paying customers to keep our company afloatThe prices for our services are posted throughout the store and as a courtesy, we advise the customers of the prices verbally so that they can make an informed decision on using our store to complete their requestsWe have been in this community for plus years and want to see every customer satisfied upon leaving our storeWe hope that Mr*** can understand our position in this matterThank you for your time *** *** Chief of Staff UPS Store #*** ###-###-####
