sent within 5 business days to customer.
In response to the compaint through the Revdex.com. The customer did not contact the center the package was shipped from for any type of resolution.  The center is closed on Sundays and the package was not due to be delivered until Monday.  We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve shipment issues prior to submitting complaints to a 3rd party.
