provider.  Based on this fact, the damage caused to her shipment was caused by her choice of courier and not through a product purchased from our center.  She was were offered an option of shipping this item at the time of packaging through our center, which would have included a declared value protection through The UPS Store, but declined based on a price objection. Second, the item that she had packaged by my client’s center occurred on 7/08/2017.  She then took the item and shipped it out nearly a month later, on 8/20/2017.  The UPSS Store had no contact with item after she took it out of the center and cannot be responsible for the condition in which you shipped the item nearly a month later. Finally, The UPS Store packages item to the specifications set forth by UPS Store Inc. packaging standards. Thank you,[redacted]
