On Monday December 31, 2018 I dropped off a very expensive acoustic guitar at the *** on *** in *** I anticipated the shipment to be picked up that day as New Years eve is not a listed holiday and I wasn't told that it wouldn't be picked up that day.
I noticed later that evening that the item had not been picked and was concerned about my expensive guitar sitting there until Wednesday. I would never have dropped off the guitar had I known this. The tracking still showed 'Dropped Off At Store' with a delivery date off Monday Jan. 7, 2019. This was clearly unacceptable.
I went to the store Wednesday morning, Jan 2, 2019 to verify that the guitar was still in the store and to get it back as I had to arrange a different shipping method to get the guitar delivered by Friday, Jan. 4.
I was immediately told by the extremely rude and insolent employee 'Anthony' that I could not have the guitar back that once it's dropped off it becomes their possession. Needless to say I freaked out and told the guy he could not keep my property and had to return it to me. He continued to say "I don't have to do anything for you and you are not getting the guitar back"
I eventually persuaded him to at least look for the guitar and verify it was still there which he half hearted did and said he couldn't find it that it was picked up. I told him that if that was true it would have been scanned in by the driver or at the local depot, which it hadn't been. I made numerous calls to *** and was told that the item was not picked up.
I was finally able to reach the *** Corporate Headquarters to explain I needed help with a very serious situation, the employee refusing to return my guitar, at the *** store. The girl put me on
hold while she called the store. A few minutes later she returned and said she the employee was now 'Getting the guitar' and within moments she told me I could now pick it up.
She contacted the owner and filed a complaint for me.
sent package from this location but the package did not deliver- being told to check with *** office, they did the search and emailed me the tracking number *** supplied to me was not a correct *** tracking number. I went to this *** office twice but the issue was not resolved.

I responded to this customer so we can resolve her problems. She did not answer, but a voicemail was left.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did talk to Lewis on the phone when he called, he asked me to send the tracking number and I text him the number but he said was not valid- if the *** store employee told you twice (once in office when I first checked in) their own *** number on the receipt was not a valid number, what else I can do? I am very frustrated by tracking this matter, too much time and efforts with no result.
