Ups has a [redacted] bank deposit service On three different occasions I entered the Ups store Carson City Nv to deposit a check into My [redacted] bank account. The first incidence took 32 minutes of problems before the check was deposited. They blamed the network. The second incidence took 22 minutes of problemsThe third incidence took 30 minutes and The check was never processed. All three occasions I called the ups store first and they said "no problem come on down"There is never a problem at other Ups stores depositing checks.Only this location is always having a problem. They Blame "the network" obviously the problem is not "the network" or my card.Desired SettlementCarson City Nv location need to either fix the problem or quit claiming a [redacted] Service. It is misleading to claim to offer a service that is dysfunctional and either does not work at all or takes way too long to work. Again, Ups will claim its somebody else's fault. This is untrue. Their equipment is faulty. not the network problem as they claim.Business Response The UPS Store advertises deposits made to [redacted] accounts. It took over three monthe to be approved to do that service. [redacted] supplied the software and hardware (credit card scanner) and they support their system. UPS will only support [redacted] which connects to their program. When problems arise we contact [redacted] support but they are difficult to contact and their support team is not very helpful. I have requested that they send me a new credit card scanner to replace the one I have just to see if that is the problem, But as af yet I have not received a replacement. At times the credit card reader will not connect to their system and contacting their suppert team has been no help. Other times it connect but the deposit will not go thru. I am aware of the problem but the customer that comlained does not think I am telling hime the truth. Its not a problem with the UPS System, it is with the [redacted] System.
