UPS store has lost my package. Owner does not want to refund me for the valued amount. I have had many of conversations with the owner about this issue but nothing have been resolved. See Emails below:

Your offer of $100 dollars is unacceptable because the value cost of my package was $204.99. This issue has been going on since April 23rd, 2020. You and your staff have lost/ misplaced my package.

Just to let you know, I have done research myself to possible try to figure out what happen concerning this issue. See as follows:
1. I have contacted *** and it has not returned to them.
2. I have contacted the Seller and it has not returned to him. Seller says that the package was sent in a small Manila envelope 5x7 bubble mailer.

Again, I expect this issue to be resolved this the end of this week by either finding my package or giving me my full refund because it was definitely you and your staffs error.

Raj, you are the business owner of this store franchise and you should show better customer service. If not, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to *** and Revdex.com service.

On Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 3:31pm I finished printing out 2 pages from my email.

I had to swipe my debit card to begin using the internet to log into my email account.

When I finished, I was given my receipt which showed an amount charged of $4.04. However, today when I checked my online banking--there was a charge for $20.00 instead of $4.04.
