The UPS Store #4427

Review: I paid for this store to pack and ship a saddle for me. I paid for shipping insurance. On their website it says that if they pack it, they guarantee it. I asked the sales person to put packing material in the box with the saddle and suggested the packing peanuts. Since is was insured for a high value it was supposed to be signed for by the receiver.1. The receiver found the package left at the front of her barn.2. There was no packing material in the box.3. Though the box was not damaged, the saddles' tree was broken, which could have been done if it had been dropped. If there had been packing material then it probably would have been fine.4. I contacted the store to start the claim process - which when they filed, they said that I packaged the item and brought it to them packaged (yet I paid them for materials and a packing fee).5. For weeks I try calling to follow up and no one answers the phone.6. I finally go in to ask about it and I am told the claim is denied...7. It's been a month now and I haven't seen any real action taken - I have been communicating via facebook with UPS customer service and even though they keep telling someone will be contacting me with in 24 hr, I have actually only talked to one person, who told me that I would be contacted again the next day to follow up.... it's been 4 days since then and I still haven't talked to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the Amerigo Vega Monoflap jump saddle that was broken during shipment.
