The business breached their contract to deliver my package in time to reach my aunt for her 90th birthday celebration because they relied exclusively on a label they'd created; rather than looking at the correctly addressed label I'd placed on the box - and which remained on the box during the entire shipment Instead they choose to blame me for not having read their extremely long disclaimer, written in a minuscule font - which they presented to me for signature only after they'd removed the package from the service counter. I ***ieve it's much more reasonable to expect them to look at the address label provided by the sender when their label proved to be incorrect - and rather ironic they fault me for not having read their disclaimer of responsibility instead In my opinion, reshipping a birthday gift weeks after the event at no additional cost, and offering a 15% discount for a future shipment is inadequate for a breach of contract such as this Consequently I remain appalled that they refuse to refund the $I paid in exchange for their promise to deliver my package within business days

In my opinion, reshipping a birthday gift 3 weeks after the event at no additional cost, and offering a 15% discount for a future shipment is inadequate for a breach of contract such as this.
Consequently I remain appalled that they refuse to refund the $18.72 I paid in exchange for their promise to deliver my package within 3 business days.
