I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.This is correct, I've MOSTLY spoken with UPS headquarters, both their Customer Relations and Customer Service departments. Initially, upon calling the Store I was passed onto HQ and vice versa. HQ deemed the case unworthy due to the Store being a franchisee and the Store passed it on because they have no control over the system. My overall opinion is that HQ should be the accountable party, when the Store does not do the actual driving and they did not create the software that was at "fault". I've spoken with the owner once, but I was advised by the Revdex.com not to have/accept any conversation from the defendant and my work schedule has been nothing less than insane.

UPS did indeed deliver Mr.[redacted]' package a day late. When we saw that the package was late, we requested a refund of his shipping charges from UPS. That check should be here any day now.I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 3/27 and I had caught him at a bad time. He asked that I call back after 5. I...

called back at 5:30 and left a message. I called on 3/28 at 5:45 and left a message. I called on 4/1 at 3pm and left a message. In each of the meassages, I extended my apologies, told him I would 'counsel' the two staff members (hoping he could tell me who spoke with), and that his refund was enroute. I asked him to call me back. I also left my personal cell phone number, in case I was at another store (I own 5).I will call him next when his check comes in.On another note-- I believe he has only spoken to UPS and NOT The UPS Store. We are not the same. None of my staff recall getting a call from him, and we all know about his package, because we track them even if the customer doesn't call. I don't know of anyone who would deny his request or call him a liar. His package WAS late and UPS DOES pay customers when this happens.[redacted] - Owner
