Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I am not a customs agent, nor a shipper, so that's why I took it to the store to get it shippedBased on what *** said about Russian customs requirements, the people working at the store should have been aware of the customs requirements and told me then prior to shipping originally that it would be prohibited to ship anything more than an envelope with legal documents. The store did do the reshipment of the envelope with legal documents at no cost to me, but with a value of $174.85, as both I and the store statedHowever, it is obviously not a full reimbursement for the original shipment costI am not asking for anything other than the remainder of the original shipment charge to be refunded, as it was not my fault that the original package was returnedWhen I called ***, they said that the store where I shipped it from should do the refund, and the *** Store said that *** owed them the money backI filed my original complaint against *** but it was not able to move forward due to *** not being headquartered in the US, as per what the Revdex.com saidSo I am caught in the middle between *** and the *** Store as far as trying to get a refund for the remainder amount of the original shipping charges
Sincerely,
*** ***

Therefore, we reshipped the package at our cost in the tune 174.85 at no cost to the customer which is roughly 50 percent of the original package shipping charge. Both parties must do their part in ensuring customs requirements are met. We provided reimbursement in form of shipping for our part. Tell us why here...
