Review: On 6/**/14 I visited this UPS store with a co-worker to send an item back to the Gap's return processing center for a refund using a pre-printed UPS return label. We left the store promptly without seeing the rep. actually package and scan the item. As a result, my receipt ( #[redacted])only billed for labor/material and didn't provide the tracking info. (The actual receipt was eventually thrown in the trash.) After a couple of weeks, I followed up with the vendor to ask when my refund would be processed, and they informed me it wasn't received. I managed to retrieve a copy of the shipping label, tracked the package ([redacted]), and saw that not only wasn't it delivered, but it was never shipped. Because my package was never scanned by the rep., one can only speculate what happened to it after we left that day. I'm certain that my co-worker, the UPS rep., and if there were to be any surveillance recorded that day can corroborate my purpose for visiting the store.Desired Settlement: The value of the packaged item was to be refunded by the vendor after receipt and processing- this value was $90.00. Receipt of the item can be furnished upon request.
