implemented their own regulations regarding Mr [redacted] package release. Therefore, the [redacted] stores or [redacted] are not responsible for the extra expenses he had to bear and his claim is totally invalid.

It is not about paying the duty and taxes to be paid but it is about being honest and upfront with the customer. First off, I was never given the international parcel shipping order to sign and I believe I was not given it or given a clear understanding about it on purpose. Because if I were given it, I would have asked questions about it, but this store decided to hide these  informations from me so that they can take advantage of me and make me pay  $184 just to send an iPhone 4 internationally. I want to pay taxes but I like being informed about it before paying for it. It should be the rules for every [redacted] store to properly follow the law( that is informing the client about taxes and duties of the foreign countries where packages are being sent to, and also given them the proper documentations to sign onto), but this store did not follow the rule of law.  The invoice they gave me doesn't even mention the amount I paid them($184), So I believe this store deliberately decided to take advantage of me. I need reparations for this deliberate acts on their part.
