We had a bathroom remodel by Sears back in November First off we where told it would be done within two weeks...and almost one month later it was complete! Couple days later we noticed a air bubble in the tubThey came to take everything out and replace itweeks later it was doneNow here we are May and toilet is having issues and the faucet to the tub is drippingI was told that everything has a "life time warranty" and no hidden out of pocket costs to meThat was a lyeWhen I just put a call in about the issues they told me I have to pay $just to schedule the appointment that would cover one hour of labor workPlus there might be extra charges for over one hour of labor and suppliesThis is your warning to stay away from these liars!
We contracted Sears to reface the cabinets of our kitchen and bathrooms. We thought they could offer us a good service and we wouldn't worry about anything. The salesperson promised us the best service of the world but nothing happens as he told us. To start, the crew didn't show up in the first day. After two days, the crew changed. The Project Manager never answered the calls or answered the emails. When they "finished" the service, my house was super dirty. The installers didn't cover the appliances of the kitchen. In my bathroom, they installed a new part with the wrong measuring. One of the drawers looks like a table. I complained dozen of times and they never did anything. Sears told me a installer would be to my home to fix the problem but he never showed up. I asked to Sears to return the money I paid to part they made incorrectly and their answer was "we don't pay compensation". SEARS is the WORST company I contracted in my life.
What was suppose to take 10 days took 3 months with no kitchen sink for 2 weeks. We were promised compensation for all of the inconvenience but we are still waiting. This has been the worst experience ever with Sears. Thank you for your time.
