by *** *** who is the husband of *** *** *** came in to ship an item to MongoliaWe asked her to verify the address on both the 'Shipment Receipt' and 'Customs Form'. We then asked her to sign both of the documents once she confirmed that the address was indeed correct I've enclosed in this letter the 'Shipment Receipt' which clearly shows Mongolia spelled out and show's *** ***'s signature as confirmation that the address was correct.She never mentioned that particular package going to ChinaHowever, in order to get the package back from Mongolia, a return fee including the tax and duties fees that were charged by the Customs Agency of Mongolia would have to be paid in the amount of $283.40. I was initially willing to pay for the $283.40 out of my businesses own pocket even though it wasn't our faultHowever, the customer *** *** kept on calling blaming us for the address error and kept on demandingwhen her package will arrive back to herShe showed no appreciation for the fact that I was going to take a loss on my part as well.Because of her impatience, blaming us for the address error, and constant demanding of getting her package, l decided to withdraw my offerI told the customer that she would be responsible to pay for the $return fee because it was not our fault. I told her that the package would be abandoned in Mongolia if the return fee is not paidShe refused to pay for the fee and actually told me not to call her again The bottom line is that she signed and confirmed the destination to Mongolia, especially on the 'Shipment Receipt' because it actually has Mongolia spelled outAlso, they purposely only gave you the 'Customs Form' which has the abbreviation MN for Mongolia. Why didn't they also give the Revdex.com of Hawaii a copy of the 'Shipment Receipt"?
