I would like to let the Revdex.com know that this claim has been resolved.  The UPS Store #5774 has mailed me a check to pay for the damages. I would like this complaint taken off their business since they are the new business owners and not the owner that caused the damage.  Please let me know if I need to do anything further.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to Corporate office of UPS Stores...They said I had to have the UPS Store #[redacted] submit the claim to them to process.  I have over 40 communications with numerous people related to the UPS stores and I have done EVERYTHING I was told to do to get this claim paid. I submitted my bills and pictures and had the claim approved. This UPS store packaged my item in their packaging and mailed it and it arrived damaged.  UPS's policy is to cover up to $100 for damaged items. Why are they not following their own policy? I am an honest consumer and thought I was dealing with an honest and reputable company. Is this what every customer that has a claim has to go through? Put the customer through unending emails and calls and hopefully they will give up? This is not right. I have copies of all my emails and still have the packaging that was damaged to show as proof. I just want what is right and new owner or not, this is still the store I dealt with. Claims do not just go away because a new owner comes in. Sincerely,[redacted]
