The UPS Store #5914

I am now the acting manager for this location and I am working on some outstanding issues that the previous manager was not handling per our procedures I am afraid Richard has been hospitalized and will not be able to communicate with anyone for an unspecified amount of time I have
attached what I believe is the shipping information regarding the chandelier as well as the receipt in regards to this particular transaction *** is has also been contacted to try and make contact with the receiver and locate the merchandise for an inspection as well as pick up for the item so that a claim may be made If this is incorrect please let me know so that we may have this resolved as soon as possible Also I noticed on the complaint that the initial contact with the store was on April 4th, but the package was delivered on April 6th Aside from this discrepancy we are working with *** to resolve this as fast as we can I have also attached the email that has the quote for shipping and packaging which was sent to *** The prices quoted were based on what could be determined by a picture and information listed and such could not be exact Based on the quote of and the charged amount of (which also includes sales tax) there is a small difference but nothing that is completely out of the ordinary when dealing with items of this nature.Any additional information you have on this transaction I would be happy to see and add to our file so that I may pursue this further with *** and have additional information at my disposal.
