legally binding contract stating she had the package packed to UPS standards. She claimed that I never had her sign the contract and changed her story several time when I located the form and emailed it to her. I am rejecting this response because:The statements provided in response to my complaint are defensive and absurd. I did not recall signing anything which detailed the packaging requirements and the automated processes later described in great detail by Erikson (not at the time of shipping, but after the fact). At the time of shipping, I was only offered insurance and told by Juan that my package "should be ok" after I described my packaging to him. I was directed by the UPS Claims Deartment to return  to the store where I had mailed my package. I did so with the returned item, unopened, and photographed it as it was opened, untouched, since the damaged item had been returned to UPS and shipped back to me. I photographed the contents to document the packaging and condition of the returned item (no cosmetic damage, no power cord, "thunking" noise internal to the radio. Erikson later said that he located a signed disclaimer, which I had not recalled signing and that he sent to me via email at my request. However, the text was illegible. I emailed back asking for a clear/legible copy, but I did not recieve the courtesy of a response. If Erikson now says that my dispute is not with the UPS Store, then why has he acted as an intermediary? UPS told me to go to the Store, the Store now says to go to UPS. Rather than getting defensive, making accusations that are ridiculous and untrue, why not provide me with UPS' corporate address so that I can have redress? As it is, each are pointing the finget at each other and Erikson is making false accusations against me. Very unprofessional, as are many of their practices, as I am now finding out. Please request that the "UPS Store" identify and provide the name and correct and current addtess for the "responsible party" if they are truly not that party. I paid the UPS Store at that location for the shipping and insurance.
